How to access student Google Classrooms

Students are expected to complete the work posted by their teachers, if able. If a student is unable to complete, they should contact their building administrators and/or superintendent, so that we may assist them.

The district will begin providing online learning on Friday, April 3, 2020. The Google Website that will be utilized for this online learning and will be posted here starting that day. In the meantime, students and parents can prepare by knowing the student username, email and password for learning. Students all have a username and password within the Yough School District. Below is an example of the format of those usernames and passwords. Students will need to know their username, email and password.
Elementary Format Username Email Format: graduation year, last name, first initial @youghsd.net i.e. 20sardonj@youghsd.net
Password Format: first name initial, last name initial, student ID number (same as lunch number) i.e. js059425
Middle/High School FormatUsername Email Format: graduation year, last name, first initial @youghsd.net i.e. 20sardonj@youghsd.net
Password Format: three random characters, student ID number (same as lunch number) i.e. lqr059425
High School and middle school students should have their passwords. If they do not, they may contact their building principals to obtain that information.
